Cumbria Coaches Association
Welcome to the home of the Cumbria Coaches Association. The Association exists to support all current and future coaches in the County, and to help make a significant difference to the people we work with and coach.
Great Coaches "coach people" and make a positive difference to their lives.
The Association supports coach development in the following areas:
• Management support for the county workforce plan
• Management support for the coach education process up to Club Coach
• Ownership of the Coach Education process up to Club Coach
• Recruitment of members to the association
• Mentoring of newly qualified UKCC2 coaches
• Sharing of best practice and new Coaching ideas to its members
